Hi i have a Asus K8N-DL motherboard and use 852 cpus with it i am using a 500w power supply and 1 gb of Kingmax ddr 400 ram ecc registered it has been working fine for a month and then the display started turning of. The green led on my screen starts blinking and the screen goes blank as well as the system seems to have hung since it cannot be turned off even by pressing the power button i have to unplug or turn of power from the outside.
After unlugging the cables and repugging or after a few minutes or longer it usually restarts but the same thing happens again after a few minutes, any ideas as to who the culprit may be in this case.
I have removed the board and all from the case but still the same even the hdd is removed and still it stays up for just a fw mins and then display goes off and system seems hung though fans etc are still going. Please help!!!
