display for a small conference room

we have a small conference room (roughly 21x18ft in size)

the table seats ~10 but w regulalry cram 15 or so in there for larger meetings.
Right now we are simply using a 25" TV with a PC hooked up to it for show-and-tell purposese while training, but as you can imagine the resolution and clarity on this set up... well... generally sucks and its next to useless in most cases.

So I've been charged with finding an economical replacement for it. I'm not sure if I should go larger monitor route (24") or projector. The projector just seems like overkill, but every larger monitor now is WS aspect ratio. Not to mention if we went the monitor route to replace the TV, then all office training DVDs etc would have to be viewed on the PC/monitor vs just popping into the built-in DVD player on the TV....

suggestions/opinions anyone?

anyone with more realistic suggestions? WS HDTV is not needed. Most notibly WS.

My recommendation would be an 800x600 or 1024x768 projector. You can even wall- or ceiling-mount it if you want to get fancy. Depending on how bright you need it to be, this can get expensive.

There's a reasonably-priced 37" 1080P LCD HDTV by Sceptre (sold, I think, at Costco, as well as some other places) that could be an option.
