First, go to control panel > system > hardware tab > device manager and locate your video card under display adapters. Right click and choose update driver and select the folder where the driver is located, usually it is under C:\nvidia\[driver version]. If it does update and asks you to select the correct video card type, then do so. If not, read on.

Download and install driver sweeper from guru3d and CCleaner. Disable window's automatic driver update. Download the latest driver and save it somewhere. Uninstall video card driver and reboot into safe mode. Run driver sweeper in safe mode. Run CCleaner to cleanup the registry (When it asks you to backup, do it!) Reboot and install new driver.

If the above steps don't fix the problem, you will need to dig the event log for specifics (control panel > administrative tools > event viewers).

1. barf'd drivers.. reinstall drivers
2. Barf'd overclock... go back to stock
3. dying cards... if ur still in RMA period, now is a good time to call.

Try to fix 1 and 2... if there not broken... then u need to do 3.
