Hi,
I built a computer for my son, windows 7 pro, with core i5-4430, Gigabyte geForce GTX 950 videocard, Asus VS207D-P monitor.
The monitor is correctly identified by windows, and the videocard has latest drivers.
The problem is there is a very thin black border around any output on the monitor, the output does not go flush to the bezel of the monitor.
I've reset the monitor to default, checked resolution in display settings, everything seems correct.
I checked the monitor on my other computer, and the display goes flush to the bezel, so it's not a monitor issue.
Is there a default for the videocard in nVidia control center, don't know why display won't fully display on the monitor.
Thanks for everyone's help in advance.

As I said in my post, it's not a monitor adjustment, it displays correctly when hooked up to my main computer, i don't want to stretch it, I want to fix it by getting the settings correct in the computer.

The monitor is at correct resolution, and has been reset to default settings.
According to the manual you should have a S/A button (self adjust maybe?). Hold this for 2-4 seconds and it should auto adjust to fit the display properly.

Make sure you are running the correct resolution (1600x900) at a refresh rate the monitor can handle, then run auto adjust.

You obviously do not understand how analog display signalling works. The monitor needs to sync itself to the incoming signal. It's not a matter of 'stretching', and there is no amount of fixing you can do at the PC end to fix this (assuming you have already verified that you have the right resolution, and are outputting a signal that is within the monitor's range).

There is a dedicated button on the front of the monitor because YOU MUST DO THIS WITH EVERY PC YOU CONNECT.

It's sheer, dumb luck that your other one works perfectly without auto adjust (or the monitor was previously auto-adjusted to an identical signal).

From the manual itself (section 3.3):

Screen image is not centered or sized properly

• Press the button for two seconds to automatically adjust the image.
• Adjust the H-Position or V-Position settings via OSD.

I've had that happen many times with some 1920 X 1080 HDTVs and a digital connection ,. Check under scaling options in the Nvidia control panel
