display device dissapeared from hardware manager

i might have delete some file when using the program driver cleaner. now ever time i try to install my video drivers. says somthing about and IF file cant be found or something. and i cant do anything now.

im running XP and got nvidia geforce 2.
 
err. it was INF this is what it says

"the required section was not found in the INF"
