Display connection question

Good afternoon all. I have a simple question for anyone running dual monitors. Will I have any issues running Displayport and DVI-D together from one video card? This is my first time going dual monitors. Specs are in sig.

Thanks in advance!

(I ordered 2 Dell P2414H if anyone is wondering)

I don't know of any problems here, but not sure why you wouldn't run DVI on both, for simplicity's sake.

Since your monitors are 1080p native resolution, you will not see any benefit of running Display port. However, to answer your original question, there shouldn't be any issues of running them both (Display Port and DVI) together. We have Dell machines at work with DVI and DisplayPort for an onboard video output and they both work when plugged in to two monitors, so I suspect your videocard would do the same.

Good Luck
