Question Display brigher at 50Hz

Hello,

When setting the monitor at 50Hz it becomes brighter than at any other resolution. Nothing is changed, and in the settings nothing changes either, or at least nothing I could find. The monitor's settings don't change either.
Win10x64, GTX1060, 425.31, Dell 2209WAf via DVI.

Is this a known issue?
