What does everybody think of the idea of having condom dispensers in local neighborhoods, like apartment complexes or other urban neighborhoods with quite a few people? I think having condom dispensers would lessen the likely hood of people getting lazy and not purchasing condoms before having sex. This may seem like a stupid idea but if these were more prevelant, especially in poor neighborhoods, I think there would be less children running around.
