Disney's movie "Up" in real life

Neat. They said something about putting people in there but I didn't see any. It would've been nice to see someone up there in the house pop balloons, one at a time to descend.

Anyone got any more info on this? A longer video?

Do we know where this was? I swear a saw a huge bunch of balloons off of highway 138 in Palmdale/Littlerock one or two weekends ago.

I wonder if they let the house get up high enough for all the balloons to pop...I'm sure they didn't but if they did, it may have created a very interesting landing.

That was cool. "Setting a world record" along the way? What, the record for flying houses? Most colorful balloons? Fun to watch. And yes, if I had that kind of money I'd love to do that someday.

Kinda awesome, but how are they going to control where it lands ?

Call me crazy, but I'm thinking a house falling out of the sky might do some damage to whatever it lands on.

Kinda neat but people need to stop having a boner over Up and other Pixar movies. They're usually good movies...but get over them. Just my opinion though...I didn't like "Up" myself either 🙂

Looks like it was possibly in California. If you watch the video again, the name of the reporter pops up at the bottom with the place underneath it.
