Disney's Blizzard Beach any good?

I am going to Orlando on a Business trip in about two weeks. I will have Sat the 24th to have some fun and I am thinking about hitting Blizzard Beach. It looks pretty cool and I saw a pretty cool deal on the Travel Channel about it a few years ago.

This is my first trip to Orlando and I just have the one day to play since my company is paying for the trip. I am meeting some friends there (who are not from Orlando either) and they aren't into roller coasters or I would probably do the Islands Adventures park...

Thoughts? Comments? Opinions?
