Jedi, could you explain to me a couple of things?

1 - Why do you give a fuck about the casting of a Snow White movie?

2 - What that article is about? I tried reading it but it made no sense. Let's say for a second that it's not completely absurd to try and either cast someone as Snow White with "skin as white as snow" because no white person's skin looks like that, but what the heck does that have to do with the other characters?

That's just aside from the guy in the tweet apparently having no idea what racism means. What is "woke racism"? no idea.

Not trying to speak for @JEDI but I think the point is people who want everything to remain white are the ones exercised by this.

Imagine the conservative outrage if The Wiz was released today.

If they made this with a white actress and 7 white actors playing the dwarfs it would be even worse for them because then they would look even more racist.
Basically there is nothing they can do to please everybody.
They could come up with new completely original tales that could feature any kind of persons but new things are too scary for the execs...

The fact people care about these right-wing culture wars is a just a sad testament to the low IQ stupidity of these people.

We are in a different America, why shouldn't things be updated to reflect the reality of our society better? It's clear we have beend and still are a racist society, so who cares if some random things are made more diverse to try to form a better a balance? It's a fucking fairy tale folks.

The real issues are healthcare affordability, housing affordability, education affordability, wealth inequality, systemic injustices by race and class, world affairs, the environment. It's not fucking Disney, or Barbie, or M&M spokecandies, or whatever new outrage the shitty right wing bring up.
