Interesting. As I recall, one of the MAJOR lobbyists for the Digital Millenium Copyright Act was Disney, as some of their stuff was about to enter the public domain under current copyright law. I also read that they were also going after people who has tattoos of Disney characters!!!!! Some people just don't like free advertising, I guess ;)
