Dismantled PC, put together, now 3rd HD not being found.

In a nutshell : I took apart my PC to get the chipset fan replaced. I put everything back together just like I had it and now when I boot up only my 2 WD Raptor SATA drives in RAID are detected while my 160gig SATA is not. I have no clue as to why this would happen. I have it on the same sata channel as before. I changed NO settings what so ever. I just put it all back in the case. Anyone have any ideas on anything I can try to do to remedy?
