Question DISM /Apply-Image does not work

ASUS Z390-P, CPU I7-9700K. I usually boot into MACRIUM RESCUE PE to capture and apply images because it is convenient and I can use macrium to back up if anything. But suddenly, the captured image does not work. Ive always put /checkintegrity in the dism command. It says the image-capture is 100% successful but the image itself does not work. When I tried to apply the image, it says DISM ERROR 13. I tried everything, creating a new macrium pe, using new usb drives, cables, different usb ports, reseting bios. Just what is going ?

Their forum requires a purchase of the MACRIUM product. I have been using the FREE version and it works until now. I do not have a MACRIUM product so I can not ask in their forums.
