disklabel parameter in Gparted partition program

When using the Gparted utility on the Desktop CD installation for Ubuntu Dapper Drake is the disklabel parameter supposed to remain the default (MSDOS) or is it supposed to be one of the other parameters shown in the drop down ?

Depends on the machine the disk will be in and the OSes that will be accessing it, but usually you want to stick with MSDOS.
