DiskKeeper & Windows XP & ChkDsk.

Does anyone else run DiskKeeper ?

I do and generally like, but I continually have it tell me (as I set it on Smart Defragging) that there are inconsistencies on C: Drive and I should run Chkdsk /F. So I do, but a day later I have to do it again. What is causing this to happen?

I know it is not the Hard Drive, because it happens on my other two systems and in Windows 2000, 2000 Server and XP.

Just a curiosity.

Usually caused by a program not closing files properly or rebooting the machine without shutting down properly. (system locked up or whatever)
