Question disk partition

I have samsung 970 evo 1TB ssd. I already have three partitions C,D and E. but i want to shrink D and make new 4th partition. If yes, how do i do it in windows?

i know how to use it but can i create 4th drive? and if i reinstall fresh windows will it be problem having 4 partitions? in GPT mode

No in GPT you can make many partitions and all of them can even be bootable, under MBR you can only have 4 bootable partitions.
If you know how to fresh install windows one more partition is not going to make any difference.

There is always a chance that something gets messed up so if you have anything important on your drive make sure to take a backup. if this is your only system make sure you have an alternative method of booting into at least an recovery environment.

If you are doing a fresh install, then just delete all partitions, then re-create the new partitions as you want.
