Disk management question

I've got a Win2k3 Server PC which currently has a 60 GB boot drive and 2 80GB drives in a mirrored array. Since my drives are connected to a Promise TX133Ultra card that is a simple IDE controller and has no RAID capability , I'm using the Windows built-in RAID.

I plan on getting a 160 GB drive to add some more storage. Can I create a spanned volume of 160 GB with the 2 80's already in there , and have that volume mirrored to the new 160 ? I'm pretty sure this is possible , just wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance.

Via software, sure.
