Disk Defragmenter for NT4

OT, I know. But this is the Pproxy box for the school for goodness sakes!

This is an old P133 with a somewhat basic install of NT4 Workstation on a 850 MB Fat16 drive. Since NT4 does not have a built-in defragmenter, what can I use that doesn't make me buy more software?

DOS 6.22 doesn't support long filenames, and Win 95 defrag won't run in DOS mode, precluding booting with a Win 95 startup disk.

Any thoughts??

There used to be a program called Diskeeper Lite that was a great defragger, and free, but it is hard to find. They sell the big brother, but I never went for it.
