Im a super noob at this but I just built my first systema nd it wont load up the vista disc

Enter setup and check that your drives (all of them) are being recognized properly. While there, set the boot order to check the dvd-rom drive first.

all of them are I tried to boot to cd first nothing happenned

are you using a CD- drive to play the Vista DVD?
