Dishonored: How well does it run on lower end hardware?

So I'm thinking about picking up Dishonored for my brother as a Christmas gift. Only problem is, he has some older hardware (GeForce GTX 260, I believe), and it's hard to tell with the game's art style how demanding it really is.
Also, most everybody on enthusiast forums such as these is usually rocking top-of-the-line geeked out PCs and hardware.

If it matters, he's playing on a 19" monitor at 1280x1024, I believe, so no insane resolutions required.

For reference, he's able to run:
ArmA 2
Batman Arkham Asylum
Dead Space
Fall Out New Vegas

All old(er), but all without issues.

The graphics are rather dated in the game, so I would assume it would run alright. It isn't a visual stunner by any means and looks like many old Unreal Engine 3 games.

It should run just fine. I run a 5850 and can max out the game no problem at 1080p; the 5850 is about double the speed of the GTX 260. Most games now are built to run on the lowest common denominator (Intel HD 3000 or 4000) and since he has a relatively recent dedicated GPU I wouldn't worry.

Combined with the fact that his resolution is quite low there really isn't anything to worry about.

Extremely well, I've run it on a C2D 2.1GHz and a HD 4570 at 720p with very playable framerates. With a 260m I believe it should be even more comfortable, plus at a similar resolution, plus presumably with a better CPU.
