Dishnetwork question

We recently built a guest house which isn't connected to our main house. I was wondering if this would work and is legal. I currently subscribe to Dishnetwork and wanted to add this to the guest house, but I don't want to have to run a 50 foot cable from the main house to the guest house. Could I get another Dish and LNB and just use that to power a receiver that was already activated in the guest house without having 2 accounts?
