Disgaea 4

Anyone else love this series? I've been hearing that this one is the best so far, but I've only been able to put about 30 minutes into it at this point. I like the two main characters, though they're no Laharl and Co.

I look forward to "wasting" 1000 hours of my life again :awe:

If I have never played any of the previous Disgaea games, would I be able to get into 4?

It looks like a FF tactics type of game which I have played that series before and enjoyed greatly.

FFTA2 on DS I put in over 100 hours easily.

Definitely. The stories aren't linked at all, and there are a bunch of tutorials. It's super easy to pick up and learn.

I gotta go get it from K-mart today b4 the 15 dollar gaming credit you can get when buying it expires. I probably won't put much time into it at all though since I'm only 10 hours into xenoblade chronicles and am also playing deus-ex hr........then dark souls and a million other things come out next month.
