By law in California it has to be 30 days so they seem to have the exception wrong.

I just wish there was some confirmation on screen size...

The Droid Guy got hands on time with the Prime, and he mentioned several things except screen size. I wonder if they prohibited him from saying?

He probably wasn't allowed to measure. Eyeballing only goes so far. Or, as all the commenters are saying, he could be making it up. The single button? Seriously?

Performance-wise this won't be a leap from the SGS2 and may actually be a regression. Only the HD screen and LTE (for Verizon) make the hardware special.

Anybody that deals with phones would certainly be able to tell if it was 4", 4.3", or bigger.

Just wanted to let the guys, who were counting on 30day return policy, know..

Starting 9/16/2011, Sprint is reducing the return period to 14 days.

For myself... pricing. I have had good experiences and bad experiences /w Sprint. But I am not willing to pay nearly double /w Verizon or AT&T to get the same services. I got what I wanted out of the EFT disaster and will stick with them until they completely rip me off like the other 2 big carriers want to do.

Verizon 450 min, unlimited text, 2gb data - $89.99
Sprint 450 min, unlimited text, unlimited data - $79.99

$10 difference but so far in So Cal, Sprint's 3G is a crawl. Normal speeds I get are around 0.10 mpbs and 4G is spotty at best. People I know on Verizon get 1 mbps on 3G almost all the time.

For comparison, I canceled my Sprint and went on Tmobile's $50 month to month until the Nexus Prime comes out. I get 100mb of 4G internet. Im stuck on 2G right now and speed test shows my speed cap at 0.20 mbps... Faster than what I usually get on Sprint's 3G.....

As I said... for myself, but I guess that was missed. You said I don't know why anyone picks Sprint. I told you why I did. I have a 3 phone family plan... on Sprint (before 23% discount) it is $169 where as for Verizon (before 20% discount) it would cost me $219 if I only went with 2GB, where as at least mine probably would need 5. And I get .8mbps myself, so it differs for everyone. I get why your don't but that wasn't you question/statement.

Also, phone costs. Best Android phone out there right now is the S2 speed and screen wise and it costs $199 for Sprint yet the Charge with lower specs costs $299 for Verizon?

I completely get why you don't want Sprint and that is cool, but you make mass assumptions that your situation applies to everyone, it doesn't.

Anyways on topic... I want some Nexus news! I am dying here waiting a few weeks instead of buying the epic touch now. The latest "leak" for the Nexus is just a load of bullcrap from an anonymous person. I would love for something more concrete to come along.
