When you are thining about a cenrtain topic in your head, do you ever imagine that you are talking to someone answering questions about it? In away imagining what you would say, if certain questions arise?
 
Sometimes, if I'm trying out a new idea or argument, I'll toss it around and poke at it a bit in my head before I actually present it to anyone else.
 
All the time. The only problem is that real people rarely say the things I'm thinking when I stage the argument in my mind.

QFT!! So true. I always think up of great answers to questions, but the questions I think of never get asked, or I don't present it the same way as I thought of it.

i think its kind of interesting when i think or do this talking in my head thing its like i can hear it. not like someone actually speaking, but in my brain it processes it like i'm speaking...or ....something.
