No, Sir. My current Intel GMA 3100 integrated card only supports an VGA output. Also, my LCD monitor is VGA only.

Out of curiosity, what is the expected useful life of an LCD monitor?

Do you have any favorite assemblers for the ATI Radeon 5570 with the passive cooling? Conversely, are there any assemblers that I should try not to buy from?

HIS 5570 looks pretty reasonable to me at $65. Mostly I just look at the heat sink and price. Compare that to something like this and you can see where the later one really went with the bare minimum. Now, you would want to compare heat sinks from the same chipset, I just linked that one for a clear example.
