Weight is a arbitrary number. Measurements is what your should focus on.
Remember you can slim down and never loose a pound, so dont let it get you down. I have barely lost 5 pounds this month but I lost 3/4th an inch around my stomach while my neck size remained the same. I know it can get frustrating. I really wanted to hit 212lbs by then end of this month but I am kicking and screaming trying to get below 220lbs right now. o_O

I would agree except my start point was 380... 54" pant etc... so weight is more useful at my morbidly obese start point. When I get closer to 200 I will be watching the waist more.

PS I do track my cardio performance as. As long as I bring something small to pop @ about 40 minutes (those gator aid bite things are great for this) I can easily do an hour on the elliptical machine. So burning close to 950 cals (-50 for the bite) netting 900 = something that 2 years ago I was never able to do. First time I was at 15 minutes at level "3" on the elliptical machine and I wanted to fall off dead, now I can do 60 minutes at "level 11" and that is starting to only get me to a maintained heart rate of 152 which means next time I need to consider "level 12."

I'm actually not trying to lose any more weight, I just don't eat a lot any more. I've trained my stomach I guess? I do like 30-40 squats and 30-40 pull ups a day, plus I walk a couple miles. I'm somewhere between a 32 and 34 now, I used to wear a 40.

Actually it is...

I started at 380 and am at 295 now. I am currently @ 1940 calories a day and basically loosing about 2lbs a week. It varies a bit but over the month average I am right on target. Basically I lose 3lbs one week 1 the next etc but at the end of the month it has been 8 to 10 lbs. I use myfitnesspal at the moment.

EDIT: Also when I workout I mostly eat what I burn. So if I do burn 700 cals on the eliptical at the gym, I eat 550-650 cals. Mostly because I made the mistake of going to low and having my metabolism stall.

Wish I had the time to work out, haha. In the summer it's easy..bike/run outside, but in the winter, no go.

I know I should stop looking at weight but I guess when I starting losing it I just wanted it to keep going. Ive gone from a snug 40 to a loose 36 so I know that is great. Even since July Ive stil dropped about an inch of my gut. Just now everything seems to be slowing down. Even though I know it would and has, losing 70 pounds in about 8 months is great stuff. I guess I just need to try and stop looking at myself and know that I am improving all the time.

Honestly though, it slowed down because your intake was likely too high or too low. If you're hitting 3100cal, that's too much. You should probably be aiming for low to mid 2000s. Just adjust your intake, record everything you eat on a food tracker (it's necessary if you want to ensure weight loss), and keep exercising. You don't have to get discouraged. You just have to adjust your plan.

I really think this is about as low as I will get. Im 6' 2" at 205. I know I have been putting on so muscle so not really sure if my weight should drop at all.

run 3 times a week, run FAST

run fast for several miles

weight will start to bleed off in a few weeks. Circuit training works well too.
