my wife is a manager at a womans clothing store, so for me i don't get much benefit, except around christmas or birthdays. she gets 50% off.

One of my network/telecom employers is a flooring company, so I get deep discounts on retail and also free leftovers from large commercial jobs. I have not taken advantage of that yet, but we will be tiling our master bath soon.
Another employer is a commercial construction company, and I get to use the company "tools" whenever I want. We cleared our beach property last week and I used the excavator, dump truck, trailer for several days.

No discounts, but they pay for my cell phone ($100 per month). I get lots of perks, which I prefer to discounts anyway.

-Massage on Fridays, which I rarely do cause I leave early, but its nice

Those are in addition to all the standard benefits. I don't pay anything for medical/dental. They give us $2500 per year for an HSA that pays for anything that isn't covered.

i get %50 off $250 coupons at buy.com or tigerdirect sometimes. its a woot-off type thing so often I don't actually get it. those are the only two good stores...lots of random gift stores and clothing stores otherwise.
