Discount USA...please help

Remember last few months, there was a hot deal on free $200 gas from DiscountUSA. Well, I never got $200 for gas in my mailbox, and today they charge on my credit card for $96. I called the number 1-800-256-2780. It is always busy and nver got a chance to talk to them. What should I do, please advice?

The first thing I would do is call my CC company and dispute the charges. You never received the sevice you payed for. The second is keep trying DiscountUSA via phone and email.
