Disconnecting Users after x minutes with NT4 RRAS

I posted this in the NT RAS newsgroup but I didn't get any help. So I'm
trying here.

We have RRAS setup on one of our BDCs. We've been transitioning users off
this system onto another RAS system and we only use this one as a backup.
Well some of the users are being stubborn and keep dialing into the backup
system. What we want to do to discourage them to use it is, have it
disconnect them after 10 minutes of inactivity. But I can't figure out for
the life of me how to do this in RRAS on NT4. Any help?

A Registry entry for this feature could prematurely disconnect users from a RAS connection to an NT server if idle beyond this specified value. To check the value:

This value by default is set to 14 (hex) = 30 minutes. You can adjust this parameter to suit the needs of the dial in customers into the RAS NT Server.
