Disconnecting Google Chrome Sync on a PC I Can't Access Anymore

Long story short I was abrubtly laid off on a Friday (this was two weeks ago). My PC at work is still logged in however (they apparently havent turned off or picked up my equipment). So on my home PC it still shows the synced tabs and everything on that PC. For my own security I would like to somehow disconnect that PC from my Google account but I don't know how.

Any thoughts?
