Disconnecting from a computer..

I'm trying to reinitialize my machine with a networked computer (To access the computer under a different user name) and it says you can't have multiple connections to a computer with different screen names, so I was wondering with out logging out of windows, how do I "disconnect" from that computer? I'm assuming I'd use a command from command prompt?
