Disconnecting 1 PS wire to cut power to the PC?

So on the power supply to motherboard connector, there are a varriety of wires, 12V, -12V, 5 V, 3V, etc etc. If I wanted the system to shutdown (but not damage any components) which wire should I sever?

Nothing nefarious here, I'm working on a safety switch that will disable power to a computer when activated.
