Disc Boot Failure Error

I have 2 of the same exact drives so how would I set up boot sequence if all ti says is "Hard Disk"? When I hit F8 on the screen where it says "Boot Menu" and hit the first drive it goes through fine, but I guess when I let it run through its going for the 2nd drive first. When I do get the disc boot error I can also put in the xp Disc and restart and it works fine. Any suggestions so I dont have to use the disc or the boot menu to get it to go all the way through? I have 2 Diamond Max 10s and
