Disappearing Window! Please help

Trying for the last couple days to open the playonline window and for some reason it appears off the screen. It seems to be stuck off the screen on the top left side, because when I right click it and click move the cursor goes straight to the top left and sits there.

I remember an option somewhere in windows to not remember where the window opened? I'm guessing the positioning got messed up and now it's opening it in the same spot every time. Anyone know how to reset it?
 
ok, i tried turning the resolution to 1600x1200 then opening the window, hoping it would be on the larger-area screen. Didn't work 🙁

Tried searching for that memory option with no luck also..
 
if it's a normal windows window and it shows up in the taskbar, right click on the program in the taskbar and select move, then move the window with the arrow keys.
