i have a wireless network consisting of a wireless router (192.168.0.1), wired computer (.2) and wireless computer (.3).

the 2 computers have all networking protocols installed, one is using XP the other is using Me.

when they're both restarted they can see each other fine, i have shares set up, etc. after a period of time, the XP computer can no longer see the Me computer, but the Me computer can see the XP computer. they can both ping each other. restarting the XP computer does nothing and i would have to restart the Me computer to get them to talk to each other again.
 
generally removing IPX, installing netbeui, and unbinding WINS or client for microsoft networks from TCP/IP will help tremendously.
