Disabling ports on Linksys router by time of day?

My father has a Lynksys SR41 router with his, my step sister's computer, and a cable modem attached. Of course, his computer and my sister's computer are hookd up to the router PAN ports while the modem is hooked up to the WAN port. I was wondering if there is a way to disable her port on the router to make it impossible for her to use the cable modem at night (say 10pm - 7am), while allowing her to use the cable modem during the day? This would allow my father access to the internet 24 hours per day while giving my sister only "daytime" access.

What you're asking is probably the hard way to get done what you are trying to do.

Just install CyperPatrol or someother similar internet filtering software on her computer and set it to only allow access between certain hours.

That would be the easiest way to block access at certain times.

She's kinda crafty...Is there anyway she could disable it? I won't be there, so I can't check up on it. The solution has to be nearly impossible to get around. Couldn't she just prevent it from loading? Tell me more please.

I guess it all depends on just how 'crafty' your sister is. Just about anything your dad could put in place a really crafty person could work around.

I know that Cyber Patrol is crackable, like I said, it just depends on your sister's desperation.

She's not that computer savy, but she can install/remove programs, setup email accounts on the net, and other things. I just don't want to try something that will get my dad's expectations up only to find out it will be as successful as a screen door on a submarine.
