disabling log off guest and tweak ui

Hey I wanna know how to get rid of the "Log Off Guest" option out of the shutdown menu. I heard a program called tweak ui can do this but its not on any of the major downlod sites. When you click on the link to get it it redirects you to a random microsoft page. Thanks
 
Tweakui is part of the Microsoft PowerToys package and can be downloaded from Microsoft's web site. Just search for tweakui on their home page.

I don't know if it can do what you want, though. Don't have it here.
