disabling key combos in XP

I am going to be writing an application that, because of where it will be used (in a customer environment), requires that keys and key combos that could take the user outside of the application and into the computer be disabled.

I have disabled the windows key with a .reg file, but I'm unsure how to do the same for the alt and ctrl keys. Any help?
