Disabling AutoPlay in XP for USB Drives

Howdy,

Any time I instert a spare hard drive of USB drive into my laptop, Windows starts scanning the drive and asks what it should do. I always choose DO Nothing and check the box when it's available, but is there a way to just disable this "feature" completely?

I don't mind it autoplaying a CD when it's inserted, but how can I make it not scan hard drives and USB drives when they are added on?

Download and install Tweak-UI, and in it is a detailed set of checkboxes for controlling Autoplay for all drives. I uncheck them all - even the CD ROM drive - I hate autoplay in any drive - it wastes my time.
