I am trying to figure out a way to disable Automatic Reboot so I can view a BSOD that occurs the instant Windows XP Professional start. Any one know anyway I can do this?

Thanks

right click on my computer left click on properties, advanced, start up and recovery, uncheck automatically reboot. Good luck!

I know that method, but I can't even boot into safe mode to get to the desktop. I'm working on my nephew's computer and the BSOD occurs at startup, before the desktop or login screen loads. It flashes blue and then reboots immediately.

Only thing you can do in this case is install another OS copy in a parallel directory and then load the hive and make the registry change. Probably more work than just reinstalling...

Well, I used my camcorder and paused it to read the BSOD. It said there was a hardware failure. So I am going to start swapiing out components.
