Disabling auto-insert notification on CD-RW drive?

I just got a Yamaha 2100EZ and I would like to disable auto-insert notification for the drive. DiscJuggler won't work with this enabled. I am not sure what this is referring to. Is this a system setting, or did some software turn on auto-insert notification? Also, does anyone know how to get Nero to work with this? Version 5.5 reports that it only works with HP drives. Should I reinstall it if I just switched CD-RW drives? Thanks.

goto device manager - cdrw - properties, there will be an option to turn off auto notification

usually for a cd/dvd drive you Open up RegEdit and go to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE :: SYSTEM :: ControlSet001 :: Services :: Cdrom

Change Autorun to 0.
not entirely sure if you have more than 1 drive if both will have their
auto-insert notification disabled!

yea i would go with the Regedit, i got that same key off of Bacillus, and it works great... Just My 2 cents

with the admin account, goto your winnt/system32 directory. Load the group policy editor - double click on 'gpedit.msc' and goto 'computer configuration - administrative templates' and goto 'system' click on 'disable autoplay' and enable it.

Imagine that, you have to enable it to disable it.
