This only pops up for .exe files. How do I make it so I'll never have to see it again?

Start > Run > gpedit.msc > User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Attachment Manager > Set "Do not preserve zone information in file attachments" to Enabled.

Found out you can't run gpedit.msc on Home Basic. Are there any alternatives?

Open regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Attachments

Create a Dword called SaveZoneInformation and give it a value of 1.

Also, create the Attachments key if it doesnt exist.

EDIT: You can just download and run this registry file: http://www.filesavr.com/nozoneinformation

I just made it, and you can check the contents by right click, edit.

Just goto control panel, uses and untick the "UAC". Then reboot problem gone and solved.
