Question Disabling administator permission on Windows 10

How do you disable the annoying error message about needing administrator permission to do pretty much anything in Windows 10? I'm tired of having to ok the simplest of tasks. I have disabled it in my other Win 10 installs but forgot how to do it. I have searched and none of the solutions work. And no the standard winblows solution of adjusting the UAC settings doesn't work. I think there is a setting in gpedit.msc but I can seem to remember where it is.

I ended up nuking the install after trying everything I could think of.
