Disabling ActiveX notification in IE 5.5

At work I run IE 5.5 to browse the net, usually just CNN and here, but I'm damn sick of the ads on CNN so I disabled everything under "restricted sites" and added ar.atwola.com to the list. The ads are gone, but now every time I load up any page on CNN it notifies me twice that my ActiveX controls are disabled for this site (atwola) and the page may not display properly. Is there any way to stop that notification from popping up every time?
