disabling ACPI in A7M266

How to disable ACPI in A7M266?
The reason I want to disble this is My system is rebooting when I am using my MAYA sound card (WDM driver). I am booting from SCSI (Tekram).

It should be in your BIOS.

Windows may not boot with it off though.
