disabling 2nd videocard

If I disable a 2nd videocard in windows, does it still draw power?

Yes. If you're gonna disable it why not just take it out and it'll use no power at all!

I plan to keep my 8800GT for physX when I upgrade my videocard, but since only very few games are going to use it, its easier just to disable it to save idle power.
