Hi,

So I was messing around with the GPU comparison at gpureview.com And these is a lttle tab called pipelines. and it basically does a spec comparison(with what ever card you choose) with disabled pipes enabled. The performance, as far as on paper, shot up like 30%. (shader operations)

So does the 8800 GTS really have disabled pipes and if so is there a way to enable them??

EDIT: Heres the link
if the shader operations are the same click on the pipelines tab on one of the charts and enable pipelines

Unfortunately, after the 6800 series, Nvidia started laser-cutting disabled pipelines. Prior to that, they were usually disabled via the card's BIOS and Rivatuner could unlock them.
