Hi All,
Problem is I disabled my page file and now when booting the system it starts to load gets so far then reboots. Tried to boot into safe mode but the same thing happens. I am running XP Pro. Any ideas would help at this point. Thanks!

Why in the world did you disable page file to begin with?

Try to boot in safe mode and re-enable the page file or if that doesn't work, I'm afraid you'll have to reinstall your WindowsXP. Just do that on top of your existing installation, and that way you wont' loose any of your settings.

I tried all the login options under f8 including last known working. The reason I disabled it was, I had it on a spare drive and I had unpluged it to format another spare drive. When I right clicked to format windows told me I couldn't cause drive was being used. Then I remembered the pagefile and disabled it when windows said I would have to reboot I clicked yes then said @#i! I fogot to put pagefile back on main drive. So ends my tale. Guess I will reinstall over existing just thought there might be another way.

If you have a bootdisk, you can see if you can create an empty, size 0 pagefile.sys where Windows expects the pagefile to be. See if it will start like that.

That's really odd... I set set my page file to 0 for about a month (WinXP pro). Originally just to get rid of the fragmentation within it, but i ended up forgetting about it until a month later when I was playing with the environmental variables. You might want to just try installing the OS over, without reformatting. So at least your data will be where you left it.

lower the cas timings to the slowest possible reboot. once inside windows reenable the page file, set your cas back to fast timings.
