Disable Wndow Preview when using Alt-Tab i WinXP

Does anyone know how to do that? Apparently it only does it in higher resolutions (I'm running at 1600 x 1200). When you use Alt-Tab to switch programs, it makes a preview of the Application. This slows down the process a lot, and I'd like a way to disable it.

The window preview ALT-TAB is installed as part of the PowerToysXP package.

To remove it, re-run the PowerToysXP setup and deselect/uninstall the ALT-TAB power toy.
